Returns policy and conditions:
  • Prior to returning any item, you MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
  • USB products has warranty of 6 month. All RMA numbers must be issued within warranty time started from the invoice date. No RMA numbers will be issued for products with invoices more than 6 month old.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from issue date. No returns will be accepted if the merchandise arrives to E-mart.com, Inc. within 10 days after it was issued.
  • The RMA number must be listed on the shipping label or on the outside of the package. No return will be accepted without proper labeling.
  • All return shipping and insurance charges must be paid by customer. E-mart Inc. will not accept return by COD.
  • All returns for credit must be in good condition. They must include the original packing material and documentation. The sender is responsible for the condition in which the package arrives.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • All acceptable goods returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee or at current market value – whichever is lower.
